TikTok Shop launches free package pick-up service

TikTok Shop has launched a new logistics feature that will optimize and speed up shipments. Until next April, sellers will be able to test this package pickup service for free, as reported by the platform in an email sent to sellers.
Specifically, regarding the delivery and collection options, the platform details that sellers have two alternatives to manage their shipments, on the one hand, the delivery points: they can take the packages to the post offices; and on the other hand, the warehouse collection: a carrier will pick up the orders directly at the seller’s warehouse. In the latter case, in principle – they have assured from the platform – the account will be assigned to GLS, although “TikTok reserves the possibility of assigning another carrier according to its internal rules”.
How to activate the service
To activate this new feature, sellers must access the ‘Seller Center’ and configure their preference in the ‘Pickup Method Settings’ section.
In this context, the platform has highlighted that “sellers opting for warehouse pickup must guarantee a minimum of five packages per pickup”. If this threshold is not reached, a charge of €1.90 per package (excluding VAT) will be applied, which will be invoiced at the end of the month from May onwards. This fee will cover the logistics costs for low-volume pickups.
Key aspects of warehouse pickup
Once the seller updates their configuration on the platform, their account will be assigned to GLS and the shipping labels will be automatically modified to reflect this change. At this point, TikTok Shop has explained that “parcels with Post Office labels still pending will need to be delivered to the corresponding offices, without this update affecting those shipments.”
As for shipping costs, TikTok Shop has assured that the rates for sellers will remain unchanged, as long as the minimum threshold of packages per pickup is met. In addition, delivery times will remain at 2 to 3 business days, so there will be no delays in the distribution of orders.
On the other hand, sellers opting for warehouse pickup will not be able to drop off their packages at a GLS pickup point, as their account will be configured specifically for this method. Likewise, buyers will not have a choice of carrier, as this is assigned directly by TikTok Shop to each seller.
As a general rule, the platform has noted that for tags generated before 1:00 pm, “pickups will be automatically scheduled for the same day between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. This could be adjusted depending on the location of the warehouse.”
At the time of pickup, vendors will be able to deliver all ready packages, regardless of when they were processed. To resolve any questions or receive assistance, TikTok Shop has reminded sellers that they can contact the support team via a ticket in the Seller Center.
This new Google Chrome feature is what you've been dreaming of to increase your productivity

Google Chrome, the most widely used web browser worldwide, has maintained its dominant position thanks to constant updates and improvements that seek to optimize the user experience. In its latest development, Chrome is testing a feature that will allow splitting the screen into a single window to view two tabs simultaneously, a feature long awaited by the community and that promises to revolutionize the way we interact with the browser.
A dream come true in Google Chrome
The ability to split the screen to work with two tabs in parallel has been one of the most requested features by Google Chrome users. Until now, those who wanted this functionality had to resort to third-party extensions or manually open two browser windows and adjust them side-by-side, which could be cumbersome and inefficient. With the new split-screen feature, Chrome seeks to simplify this process, allowing two tabs to be displayed in a single window, facilitating multitasking and improving productivity.
This functionality, which is already present in browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Opera, had been in testing in Chrome since January 2025. According to reports, right-clicking on a tab will bring up the “split tab with active tab” option, allowing the user to view both pages simultaneously in a single window. Although initially in an early stage of development, this feature is expected to be available to all users in future browser updates.
Great news for users
The implementation of the split-screen feature in Google Chrome represents excellent news for the millions of users who rely on this browser for their daily activities. This tool will not only make it easier to compare information between two web pages, but will also improve efficiency in tasks such as research, writing documents and managing multiple web applications simultaneously.
In addition, by integrating this functionality natively, Chrome reduces dependency on third-party extensions, which can translate into improved browser security and performance. Users will be able to enjoy a smoother and more personalized experience, adapting their workspace according to their specific needs.
For those interested in testing this feature before its official release, it may be available in Chrome beta versions or development channels. However, caution is advised when using unstable versions of the software and always back up important information before making significant changes to browser settings.
In conclusion, Google Chrome’s new split-screen feature is a promising addition that is sure to be well received by the user community. By facilitating the simultaneous viewing of two tabs in a single window, this tool will boost productivity and offer a more efficient and enjoyable browsing experience.
